Favorite links of people/places I know & go, tell them Nourhy sent you!

www.natureyoga.com - My photos of  Japan grace Nature Yoga's website.  I recommend them for yoga classes, great instructors and they have a free community class on Sundays.  Check them out!.

www.binth.com - Beautiful unique cards, and the most remarkable baby memory book  I love unique stationary.  Made by the most responsibly funny industrious folks ever.  It always nice to get a handwritten note....

www.thebleedingheartbakery.com - Organic and sustainable goodies, that's their specialty, bringing toxic free eats to Chicago land.  Their soups are amazing, I love the Chicken soup, They have to-go items and lots of yummy things to pick up in their cases. If you want something custom, please take the time to work with the staff and they will create the cake of your dreams, organically!  Of Course, just because its organic, doesn't mean you can go off your diets, so please people, remember everything in moderation!

www.suttonstudios.com  I love Buster so much, I wanted a great photo from a great photographer...David B. Sutton is a widely published photographer based in the Chicago area. He photographs people and animals for private clients, advertising, magazines, and corporations. David has gained an international reputation for his fine art portraits of dogs and people with their pets. The Chicago Tribune has called him the “Dr. Doolittle of photographers”.

Provenance Food & Wine (2528 N. California Ave.; 773-384-0699), www.provenancefoodandwine.com   an upscale grocery,  Logan Square.  “We are going to focus on wine between $10 and $25,” says Tracy Kellner, the owner. Provenance will also stock small-batch artisanal cheeses, Belgian-style beers, Red Hen bread, meats, olives, pasta, and fresh produce. “I don’t want to have the same things that Cub Foods down the street has,” says Kellner, a former waitress and a Logan Square resident. “I want boutique and gourmet and organic, and high-quality—but still affordable—items.”
