Services Overview

With more then 9 years experience, my style is somewhat improvisational. I enjoy spending a little time with each person and finding out what they are interested in and what might be the best approach for them. Generally, people who come to my studio are trying to get away from the average spa/salon experience.

I have studied energywork and am a Reiki Master as well as a Nationally Certified Licensed Massage Therapist. I have taken all my trainings from many top leaders in the industry such as CranioSacral levels I and II from the Upleger Institute and the Laura Norman School for Reflexology in New York.

This is not a typical massage/bodywork session and from the moment you walk into my studio, you will see that it is a place of beauty, peace and calmness from the outside world. Sometimes a client might want to talk during the session or will allow me to tell them things that I pick up on or the session might be quiet and they go into a deep meditative state of relaxation. I see all kinds of people, from serious business types who are not interested in knowing anything except that they enjoy my work and leave feeling better, to other types of people, who want to know if their chakras are out of balance and how to get them rebalanced. I enjoy working with anyone who has an open mind and is ready for change. I always believe in giving positive energy whenever I work, so you always get the benefit of energy healing in any session, regardless if you believe in it or not. I think its more fun if you believe!

The power of touch is an important healing aspect of what I do in my sessions. It is not about doing a deep tissue or a sports massage but finding the balance to help you and allow your nervous system to relax and help you balance out your energy, so that you can do the things you need to accomplish with a clear mind and body that is energized.

If you are lucky to meet Buster, my pug-mix canine companion then you will also probably agree that he provides a unique presence with his gentleness and soothing sounds of "snoring". I call it "white noise" and clients often get a big kick out of it.
